Crystal Park

Crystal Park residential complex, located in the very heart of a modern city, became a showcase example of our work at Build Project. Completed in 2023, this project — spanning a total area of 600 m² — included furnishing the lobby and comprehensive interior finishing works that added elegance and functionality to the space. Our craftsmen carefully worked on every detail, from decorative panels to an acrylic-stone reception desk. In this article, we'll walk you through every stage of the work, the technologies used in the project, and the results we're proud of.

Style and Functionality: The Core Design Principles of a 600 m² Lobby

When designing a 600 m² space, we focused on a concept of modern elegance with an emphasis on functionality. Through the use of high-quality materials and a thoughtful approach to planning, we were able to create a space that not only looks appealing but is also as convenient as possible for residents and visitors of the complex.

Acrylic and Veneer Panels: A Sense of Space and Modernity

The acrylic panels added depth and shine to the space, reflecting light and creating a sense of spaciousness across the entire lobby. The veneer panels, in turn, brought warmth and natural charm that perfectly balances the overall atmosphere. This combination of materials delivered not only an aesthetic look but also functionality across the 600 m² space.

Soft Panels: An Element of Comfort and Coziness

The soft panels lend the interior a sense of coziness while also serving a sound-insulation function across the large area. They are not only pleasant to the touch but also act as an excellent decorative element, adding refinement to the overall design.

Crafting the Acrylic-Stone Reception Desk

Design and Functionality of the Reception Desk

The reception desk is the first thing visitors to the complex see, so it must meet high standards and reflect the overall style of the complex. We chose acrylic stone for its durability, aesthetic appeal, and ease of finishing. The acrylic-stone reception desk combines an elegant look with practicality: it is resistant to scratches, stains, and wear, making it an ideal choice for a high-traffic space.

Curved Decorative Partitions

One of the key design elements was the curved (radius-type) decorative partitions, which divide the space and add dynamism to the interior. Executed in a modern style, they serve not only as a decorative accent but also as a zoning function — providing privacy while preserving the openness of the space.

Wall Finishing with Putty and Plaster

To achieve an even, smooth wall surface, high-quality putty and plaster were used, creating an aesthetically pleasing backdrop for the panels and furniture. This finish is notable for its resistance to damage and makes it easy to keep the space clean.

Floor Tiling: Practicality and Style

The floor tiling not only serves a practical function but also forms the foundation of the overall interior design. We chose a material that is wear-resistant and easy to clean, ensuring the longevity of the floor even in a high-traffic area.

Armstrong Ceiling: A Modern Approach to Ceiling Design

The ceiling was finished with Armstrong panels, which are ideal for commercial spaces. This approach not only adds aesthetic cohesion to the interior but also ensures good acoustics in the lobby — important for visitors' comfort.
