Build Project carried out a full turnkey cycle of works covering construction, engineering, and technical integration.
As part of the project, we delivered:
Construction and renovation works — site preparation, finishing, installation of partitions, suspended ceilings, and flooring systems;
Electrical solutions — design and installation of power and low-voltage systems, lighting, network infrastructure, and automation;
HVAC and plumbing — ventilation, air conditioning, heating, water supply, and sewerage systems, with full commissioning and balancing;
Coordination of related contractors, equipment, and material suppliers;
Technical supervision and quality control at every stage of implementation.
All stages of the project were completed on time, allowing the client to put the facility into operation promptly.
